TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions explain how bookings, cancellations, class conduct, and pattern use work at Off The Hook. By booking a class, you agree to these terms at the time of booking.

 

Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. If you don’t get one, please contact me immediately

• When purchasing a five-class bundle, make sure you select your dates and receive a confirmation email

Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 48 hours before the class: Refunds and reschedules are available

• Less than 48 hours before the class: No refunds or reschedules

• Non-attendance without cancellation forfeits the class

Special Requests

• Requests for specific patterns or yarns must be made at least 48 hours in advance

Class Cancellations by Me

• If I need to cancel a class, you will be notified by email and can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Class Size & Conduct

• Class numbers are strictly limited and filled on a first-come, first-paid basis.

• My classes are a safe and respectful space. Anyone behaving disrespectfully will be asked to leave and banned from future classes.

Age Requirements

• People of all ages are welcome.

• Under-18s must be accompanied by a booked adult. Non-participating guardians must book a free Parent/Carer ticket.

 

Pattern Use & Intellectual Property

• Physical items made using patterns purchased or downloaded from Off The Hook may be sold if credit is given.

• Patterns themselves may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

 

Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. I am not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during attendance.

 

Changes to Terms

• These terms may change. By booking a class, you agree to the Terms & Conditions in place at the time of booking.
