terms and conditions
1. There is a 48 hour cancellation period before the class you have booked.
You can go into your confirmation email and use the links to reschedule or cancel your booking.
If you are outside of the 48 hour windows and choose to cancel, you will be refunded.
If you are outside of the 48 hour windows and choose to reschedule, you will be provided with a list of alternative available dates.
No refunds or rescheduling options will be issued to non-attendees.
Bookings due to take place less than 48 hours in the future cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Should you wish to attend another class, you will be required to make another booking.
If you have used a five-time discount code to book the class and you are not outside the 48 hour window, this class will be deducted from your total uses remaining and you will be required to use the code to book again.
2. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your booking is not confirmed. If you believe you have booked but not received an email, please contact me as soon as possible to investigate. Unfortunately booking errors can occur from time to time and to ensure you are definitely on the list of attendees, please make sure this email comes through.
3. When purchasing a five-class voucher, you will receive a five-time code which can be used at the time of booking to reduce the class cost to £0. You must still use the booking system to guarantee your space. I cannot do this manually for you. The booking system is there to generate your confirmation, reminder and post-class emails.
4. Starter kits require a 48 hour notice period. This means, if you book a class on the day or the day before and request a starter kit, whilst I will do my best to bring this to you, it may not be the case. I will, of course, have it arranged for your following class and you are welcome to use my hooks during the class you initially attend.

5. In the event of a class being cancelled, you will receive an email notification, offering you the opportunity to cancel or reschedule for another time. If you choose to cancel, you will be fully reimbursed.

6. Numbers for each class are strictly limited due to space and classes are filled on a first come, first paid basis.

7. Off The Hook classes are a safe space and no one should be made to feel uncomfortable. Anyone behaving disrespectfully or unreasonably will be asked to leave and banned from booking future classes.

8. People of all ages are welcome at all classes although those under 18 are asked to be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the class. This guardian must also book into the class and, if not participating, book a free Parent/Carer ticket to account for numbers.

9. Physical items created with the patterns can be sold on but you must not resell or pass on the pattern. These are available to purchase and/or download from my website. Physical items created must credit Off The Hook.

10. These terms and conditions are subject to change. You must ensure you stay up to date with them and agree to them before each booking is made.
